Use our size guide to compare your waist, hip and bust measurements with the chart for your item. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
What sizes do you carry?
Most items go from S to 4XL. Each product page shows the sizes available.
How can I pay?
By Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or by card. Payment is handled securely by Paystack.
How much is delivery?
It depends on where you are. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the phone number you gave at checkout on the tracking page, or look in your account if you signed in.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes, within six days of delivery. Hygiene rules apply to underwear and lingerie. See our returns and exchanges page for the details.
How should I wash my lingerie?
Wash gently in cold water, avoid bleach, and let it dry flat or hang it in the shade. Each product page lists its own care instructions.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just saves your details and shows your order history.
